A sample on SOP

A sample SOP on Data Science :

The world of computer science has always pulled me towards itself. I was attached to computers from tenth grade , when my father bought me a laptop. My father runs a business and my mother is a homemaker. Coming from a non technical background , it was initially a big step to enter into the field full of technology with no knowledge as I was the first one in my entire family to be one. I started coding from tenth grade itself and mastered few programming languages like C, C++, Java and Python before beginning my B Tech course. I then later covered few other programming languages too. I used to take tests on platforms such as Hackerrank , LeetCode and a few more online platforms which would me an overall idea about my problem solving skills.

I was always an active student during my college life and participated as well as conducted a lot of tech events . I won a lot of competitions related coding at my college as well as on several online platforms. I tried maintaining my consistency throughout whether it's my knowledge regarding tech or my studies and completed projects and 4 internships at prestigious companies. I manage my tasks responsibly. I decided to go for my further studies so that it could enhance my knowledge . I feel Austin University fits well for the knowledge and skills I require. I would be grateful if you provide me a seat in your University .

A Guide to VS Code

VS code stands for Visual Studio Code . In this era where a number of softwares are available for us to code , VS Code stands out among all and makes itself a proper work place for individuals who are seeking for their development . Its simple , versatile , and has won hearts of millions of hearts of people. People are willing to start their coding journey can begin with this and enjoy a beautiful journey ahead.

VS Code
It has been developed by Microsoft and is free to access. It doesn't take much space in storage and makes itself a platform where one who has even little storage can run it properly with no lags to be seen . Programming languages such as C , C++ , Java , C# , Dockerfile , Go , HTML , Julia , Ruby , SQL , TypeScript , Python , Rust and many more languages are supported by VS Code. It's user friendly and has many customizations . One can download themes in dark and light modes .The user needs to download the extensions of any language which they wish to continue programming  with. It contains many built in libraries making it a user friendly platform. The syntax written in it is clearly visible and it highlights the errors . Any user who is new to it , need not watch any guide video . The simplicity which VS Code holds in itself makes it a better platform to code .Coming to Point which attracted many users to it is the terminal .
VS Code
It holds terminal in itself which makes user to terminate the code then and there. In other platforms what we see is one needs to run their code by Power Shell but its not the case in VS Code . The terminal is placed in the bottom and one can run it from there. If any errors are present in our code then it displays the number on which the error is present. It gets updates on regular basis and keeps itself up to date. The updation process is also very simple , when ever it gets an update , it pops a dot on top right corner of the screen , clicking on which one can update their VS Code. Restart VS Code when the update is done. These were all the reasons for the increase in productivity of the coders who use VS Code.
